Blackcurren Icecream Premix
Ingredients
- 290 gm Sugar
- 25 gm Corn Flour
- 20 gm GMS
- 1 gm CMC
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar except the emulation and grind it into a fine powder.
- Now take emulation and again grind it.
- Our premix is ready now you can store it for 6 months.

Tooti Frooti Icecream Premix
Ingredients
- 290 gm Sugar
- 25 gm Corn Flour
- 20 gm GMS
- 1 gm CMC
- 20 gm Tuti Fruti
- 5 gm Vanilla Powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar except tutti-frutti and grind it into a fine
- Powder now. Add tutti-frutti and dry mix it.
- Our premix is ready now you can store it for 6 months.

Kesar Elaichi Icecream Premix
Ingredients
- 290 gram Sugar
- 25 gram Corn Flour
- 20 gram GMS
- 1 gram CMC
- 5 strands Kesar
- 5 gram Elaichi
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar and grind it into a fine powder.
- Our premix is ready now you can store it for 6 months.
Notes
- Take a pan and add premix and mix 1 litre cold milk into it (in off gas) and mix
it nicely no lumps should be present. - Now keep it on a high flame and keep stirring it continuously and give it a boil, and then switch off the gas and let it cool by stirring it continuously (do not stop stirring otherwise a thick layer of corn flour will appear on the top).
- Now pour it into an airtight container and keep it in the freezer till the ice-cream mixture is freezed, once it is done take it out from the freezer (the base should be freezed and hard.
- The harder is the base , the softer is the ice-cream and then beat it with an electric beater and then pass it into an airtight container and seal pack it nicely and keep it in the freezer till it is nicely frozen, when it is done scoop it out and serve it our ice-cream is ready.
Strawberry Icecream Premix
Ingredients

- 2.5 ml Strawberry Emulation

- Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar except the emulation and grind it into a fine powder.
- Now mix emulation and again grind it.
