Aloe Vera plant is a herbal plant

It is a herbal plant grown in a warm tropical climate. Aloe Vera plant is a cash crop. How to grow an Aloe Vera plant?

In India, it can be cultivated throughout the places. It is a hard plant like cactus and it requires dry sandy soil having pH value up to 8.Water logged soil is not suitable for growing Aloe Vera.The best months to grow in India is between March and June where 155-200 cm yearly rainfall is predicted during the growing period.

Land should be cleaned free of weeds and it should be planted in space of 2ft*1ft.Rhizome cutting of root should be 2/3 of the height of the plant inside ground.5 to 6 irrigation per year should be applied.

After plantation at least 8 months to  one year is required to reap good harvest so that raw produce can be marketed, provided it was free of weeds and there was good yield.
